I have always been a curious seeker, sensing my way towards the truth, and It is from my own experience that I teach, guide, write, and inspire. I love to explore my soul’s unique medicine, alchemizing life’s inevitable challenges, and sharing the lessons with you. On my journey I have discovered that it’s our own thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that have kept us trapped. But why? Where do they come from? I have discovered that it really isn’t our fault but it is our responsibility to heal the wounds. I believe that the dis-ease we are all suffering from is due to separation, suppression of self and ultimately spiritual poverty. Connection to self, helps us to connect with others. The remedy lies within each of us if we can begin to comprehend how we got here. What the world needs now is for you to know who you truly are.
