Spring Equinox Gong Bath

We are holding a Friday evening Gong Bath to celebrate the arrival of the Spring Equinox and our new venue in Chelmsford Angel Pavilion

 Ostara is a powerful time of the year to connect with the Earth energies, create inner harmony and ignite new beginnings. 

The deep sounds of the gongs naturally help you to arrive into a state of relaxation and meditation, as the sounds help to give your mind something to distract it from itself. You will find yourself feeling much calmer and peaceful as your thoughts begin to soften. 

What to expect:

• Welcome introduction 
• Intention setting meditation 
• 45 minute Gong Bath
• Time to reawaken, reconnect and recover. 

What you'll need:

•  Yoga mat
• Cushion
• Blanket
• Water
• Feel free to bring a crystal or two
• Whatever else you need to feel comfortable as you'll be lying down for 45 minutes
