Full Moon Eclipse Gong Bath

This month's Gong Bath will give us some post-eclipse rest and recovery time. With the Sun in Virgo and the Moon in Pisces the connection between our emotional and physical bodies will be heightened. With some deep, dark, intense and somewhat foggy energies around this month, quietening the mind and tuning into our intuition is highly advisable.

Join us for our monthly Gong Bath at Angel Pavilion for some extreme self-care! 

What you'll need to bring: 

• At least one yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on as you'll be lying down for an hour. 
• A pillow or cushion, a blanket or 2. 
• Wear comfy clothes
• Water 
• Maybe your journal & pen 

PLEASE NOTE: This venue is pretty tight on hire times so please arrive 7.45pm  so that we can be ready to start at 8pm. 

The outside lights are on a timer so we need to be efficient at leaving by 9.30pm. 

Refunds will not be issued without at least 48 hours notice. 

Purely as a precautionary measure it is not recommended if you are pregnant,(First Trimester) or have a pacemaker, or other electrical device fitted, if you have epilepsy, seizures, or if you have schizophrenia or Bipolar. If you are in any doubt about any of your medical conditions please speak with your Consultant or GP first.
